Amar provided catering for my Dad’s birthday party for around 100 people and did a fantastic job. The food was phenomenal and a huge hit for the party - we did Pakora, Kebabs (chicken, paneer, lamb seekh), and Dosa station. The timing was perfect and everything tasted fresh and was plentiful even with guests visiting multiple times to get more. I would highly recommend this as a catering option and have also dined in person and had a fantastic experience A++ and thank you for making my dad’s birthday so special!

We catered for a dinner party from Absolute BBQ, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the very beginning, Arvind Chinna was a pleasure to work with. He patiently walked us through the menu, answered all of our questions, and recommended several of their most popular crowd-pleasing dishes. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction was commendable. The food was flavorful, well-prepared, and generously portioned. We'll definitely be ordering from them again for future gatherings!

Hey! So, the last time I had some really good authentic Indian food was about 15 years ago in Montclair, New Jersey. Recently things changed for the good...I was at a party and got to try some catering from Absolute BBQ, and let me tell you, the food was amazing. You ever get that nostalgia for a certain dish that no matter where you go, you just can't find anything like it? Well, for Indian food, look no further than Chef Amar. I told him about this cauliflower dish with something like ketchup that I’ve been chasing for ages but never quite found. He invited me to stop by his restaurant and promised to make me the best Gobi Manchurian I’d ever had. I finally made it to Absolute BBQ, and the dish blew me away – honestly, the best I’ve had in terms of Indian cuisine. I haven’t been to India, but having traveled all over America, I can confidently say Absolute BBQ serves the most authentic Indian food you’ll find here. Plus, the customer service is top-notch; the staff genuinely seem happy to serve you and feed your soul with their amazing food. P.S. The lamb is my second favorite dish so far!

The Misal Pav here is hands down the best I’ve ever had.. perfectly spicy and flavorful.. It truly feels like a taste straight from Maharashtra. Another absolute favorite is their Veg Kadhai ..rich, aromatic, and packed with fresh vegetables in a deliciously spiced gravy. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and the cooking is done with care. Overall, amazing food, great flavors, and definitely a spot I’ll keep coming back to!

Absolute BBQ was an amazing experience from start to finish. The food was delicious we ordered the mixed chicken platter, chicken tikka, and fried rice, and everything was cooked to perfection. The flavors were on point and portions were generous. What truly made the experience stand out was Aravind’s service. He went above and beyond with his recommendations, made sure we were well taken care of, and consistently checked in on us throughout the meal. That level of attention and care is rare. I’d definitely come back not just for the exceptional food, but also for the outstanding service. Highly recommend!
